Positive about neurodiversity
I wonder what has brought you here? Are you fully who you want to be? Or do you have things that are holding you back, things you’d like to understand and change?
I’m a neurodivergent, gay, former teacher who has retrained as a counsellor and cognitive behaviour therapist because I believe that everyone should be able to live the life they want, and I believe that diversity shouldn’t be a barrier but is something to be celebrated.
So, whoever you are, whatever reasons you're here, you are welcome. You’ve come to a place where I appreciate you are the expert on your own life. I’ll listen to you and respect you just as you are. I’ll do my best to accompany you on your journey in ways that work for you, and I hope that you’ll find in me someone with whom you’ll feel safe.
Do you want to learn more about yourself? Understand why you think and behave how you do? Change areas of your life that aren’t serving you? Develop strategies to help yourself?
Do you want to learn more about autism, ADHD, and neurodiversity? Develop practical strategies to support your neurodivergent colleagues, clients, and friends? Be part of the growing movement of people who are celebrating diversity in all its forms?
Do you have a situation you want to talk through regarding autism, ADHD, or neurodiversity? Had a recent diagnosis and not sure where to go next? Want to improve your workplace for neurodivergent colleagues but not sure how?
Do you feel you could improve your life but not sure how? Want to set some goals and have some support and accountability to achieve them?
It’s a big step reaching out for help. You’ve come this far, so why not take the next step,
and contact me to discuss ways in which we can work together?
